Kristen brings a unique combination of enterprise-level financial discipline and proven entrepreneurial execution to Thiry Ventures. Over her fifteen-year career, she has managed $600M+ corporate portfolios and led systemic scale at Fortune 500 financial powerhouses including Discover and Capital One.
Complementing her corporate background, Kristen is a battle-tested founder who built and scaled her own startup from the ground up, driving it to $500k in annual recurring revenue over five years. This dual experience means she intimately understands both the grit required to operate a lean business and the systems required to manage enterprise-scale operations.

Dylan Thiry
Partner & Head of Operations
Dylan directs operational infrastructure, logistics, and capital asset management for Thiry Ventures, bringing an elite track record of directing high-stakes corporate facilities and complex, multi-billion-dollar project lifecycles.
Currently, Dylan serves as the Executive Director of Projects at Splice, a specialized division of One Workplace, where he leads the strategic delivery of physical workspace environments for world-class enterprises, including primary operational support for Amazon. Prior to this, he spent much of his career within the project and asset management divisions of Fortune 500 global real estate leader Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). Most notably, Dylan served as a senior Owner’s Representative leading the historic Microsoft Campus Rebuild initiative in Redmond, WA—safeguarding the tech giant's capital, logistics, and delivery execution on one of the largest corporate infrastructure overhauls in the Pacific Northwest.
Dylan’s core expertise spans rigorous end-to-end project management, workplace data analytics, and comprehensive facilities management. He specializes in turning disparate metrics into actionable knowledge regarding which physical assets and spaces to invest in, while building thoughtful processes that optimize supply chains, ensure code compliance, and extend the lifecycle of facility infrastructure.
